Isn't your check engine light on constantly due to the missing oxygen sensor? If the check engine light is on, you will not pass smog.

Ah, without the light, you might have a chance of passing. You could always try and see what happens. Without the input of the oxygen sensor, the engine may be running too rich or lean so it may not pass, but you can always try.
