You can get it at Toyota - it takes the pink Super Long Life Coolant. Don't use anything else - there are a few coolants out there that are OAT technology and no silicates, no borates, but the safe way to go is with Toyota coolant. Borates will very literally eat holes in expensive parts of your Prius over time, and silicates will attack the pumps. Replacing the inverter pump is about $500 parts and labor. As the second source says, "Toyota and Honda owners should buy their coolant directly from the dealer."
Both the engine coolant loop and the inverter coolant loop take the same coolant. The inverter coolant loop has to be purged of air after changing the coolant. It is a bit tricky. The two bleed nipples have to be bled with clear plastic tubing pointed downward (although the manual has them bled back up to the reservoir) and you have to verify you see coolant flow in the inverter reservoir with the cap off and hybrid system on, then drive around the block and fill the inverter reservoir to the full line. Remember to use only purified water to dilute any coolant as required.
See the service schedule in the Passport to Performance booklet that came with the car. The pink SLLC is nominally ten year coolant.
