well depends. I mean my mom's 2004 sienna is a V6 3.3 i believe.. takes bout 60-80 bucks to fill it up. 17 mpg city and 25 mpg freeway. depends on how the person drives.

the person above me is exactly right you could get way way more out then 17 mpg if you drove super saver mode on the other hand you could get as low as 9 mpg if you drove agressivly hope this helps

Not for its class. It is very similar in fuel economy to the Ford Escape, for example. The 2012 Sienna is rated at 21 mpg combined and the 2012 Escape is rated at 23 mpg combined - 10% better.

You don't buy a Sienna to save gas. You have a Sienna to carry a lot of people- big, fat people. The V6 engine has a lot of get up and go and that will always cost you. Think about it; Heavy vevicle, powerful engine and heavy payload- you will not do this for peanuts. It will give you better economy than an Escalade, Navigator, Suburban and it'll do it with about the same comfort, plus it will be dependable for 200,000+miles.
