You can check kbb.com for suggested price in your area for the exact version and condition. I did a search with my zipcode for a 4wd hybrid (non-limited) in "very good" condition and it gave me $11,946
Be wary of the inverters in the first part of the 2006 model year of the Highlander Hybrid. They were originally released with under-capacity inverters that were prone to failure and are expensive to replace. Inverter failure causes complete power loss. Part-way through 2006, larger inverters were installed which have been reliable.
The poor inverters were installed in vehicles with VIN #'s before:
