Default Is the Toyota Solara SE V6 1999 good with gas?
I own a Toyota Solara SE V6 1999, and is so bad with gas mileage, it wastes gas like if it was water. I know I need to change the catalytic converter because I already went to a mechanic and he told me that was the problem, but I was wondering if the gas mileage will get better after the change???? Help!

Sure it will get much better, the converter is pumping the gas without using it, so let it fix immediately..

Probably your Oxygen sensor.
