Maintenance of my Toyota Matrix 2008?

Default Maintenance of my Toyota Matrix 2008?
1.. I have my Toyota (Matrix 2008) first wheel rotated year ago:















(a) RH Rear moved to FWD LH, LH Rear moved to FWD RH.















(b) FWD RH moved to Rear RH, FWD LH moved to Rear LH.















Please advice me what position should I rotate on the next due?































2. When the car stops but with engine running, the cooling fan is kept on turning ON and OFF automatically at about every 5~7 seconds. (but the fan only run for few seconds and goes OFF).































3. I have the ECU changed early this month (recall from Toyota), where is this ECU installed in the car?































4. Is there any difference on Toyota parts for the North America and Asia (of course I am talking to the same units)?

1. It is ok to rotate your tires with the fronts the the rear and the rear to the front.































2. You may have a problem with the temperature sensor notifying the fan to turn on or off. This problem must be looked at more closely to verify this.
