How do I fix Windows on 89 Camry?
I have a 1989 Toyota Camry DX, the passenger side windows will roll down, but they WILL NOT roll back up by way of using any of the switches. Not even the master switch will work. Now, there are two certain wires that I can jump to make the passenger windows to roll up. Weird huh? Also, the lock button on the passenger side will lock, and unlock the doors, but the driver's side (on the master switch) does NOT work. I noticed that the master control panel doesn't not fit or look correct for my car, but the plug fits, and the driver side windows work! Please, if anyone has ANY idea of what to try, please let me know! Also I would like to stress that ALL 4 windows will roll down JUST FINE... but the passenger side windows cannot be rolled up by way of ANY switch, this is the main problem.
Long story short:
Work: Driver side windows up and down, passenger side lock switch.
Not Work: Passenger side windows up. Driver's side lock button.
