to many variables here. the ecu maybe in "limp" mode. limited functionality.
in that state, need to have the codes pulled to narrow the issue(s) down.
most any parts store will do that for you for free in 2 min.
write them down and look them up here,

then use that manual to make your repairs or adjustments. it has a trouble shooting section as well.

otherwise, i'd take it to a reputable ASE shop or the dealer for diagnosis and repair.
