Weird noise under hood of Toyota truck when i drive in cold weather!!?

Default Weird noise under hood of Toyota truck when i drive in cold weather!!?
Ok, it has happened 3 times this week, when i get up to go to work and start driving my 1989 toyota pick up 4x4, it makes a load grinding noise under the hood on the drivers side, it goes for about 2 min then stops, when i got to look under the hood this morning when it was still going on it stopped, so i got back it and started driving again and it started again, i need to get this fixed, could it be the cold weather up here in Big Bear, i live by Big Bear lake....

Warm your car up. I allow 5mins for my car to warm up in very cold weather. Oil is VERY Thick when cold. And if you just take off and drive your not allowing time for the oil to flow threw engine. I guarantee if you warm your car up it will go away. Getting in your car in driving is bad for the engine in cold weather. When you get in and drive parts are like frozen. And very very Fragile. Why do you think peoples cars brake in the cold weather? Because people don't allow them to warm up. And if your using a very thick oil that's only gonna make it worse in the cold weather
