Default Is a 2002 Toyota Camry a good car?
My aunt just gave me her car. It is a 2002 Toyota Camry LE with 104,000 miles. She has always done oil changes and all regular maintenance on time and taken good care of it. Is this a good and reliable car? And how long do you think it can last me?

If taken care of as your aunt has done,the Camry should last to at least 200,000 miles. Of course some things will eventually fail and need to be replaced. If the timing belt hasn't been replaced, it is past time to have it done. Have the water pump and crankshaft and cam oil seals replaced at the same time.

These are good cars and if it's been properly maintained, even 200,000 miles will be nothing on this car. Think more like 300,000-400,000 miles if you continue to maintain it. These are very good cars and I mean good. Think of a car that a person could own, then pass down to their children and on two their children. Keep it and care for it. You'll be amazed at what this car will give back.
