No you don't. The T100's from 93-95 only came with a 3.0 / 3VZE engine.
Anyhow, if you do have the 3.4 / 5VZ engine, it will fit in any toyo truck that had the 3.0. It won't work in any front wheel drive car due to not having a transmission ever built for it in that configuration. That it is an engine intended for a truck is of little consequence: proper differential ratio's can allow the engine to produce very usable power in a car. Also, it responds well to supercharging
Theoretically, it could be adapted to the older RWD celica & supra chassis if you can fabricate mounts and use an appropriate transmission (R series 2wd) and would perform rather well.
