what that means is if a valve is at full lift and a piston goes through TDC, there is no collision.
both the base engine and turbo version configs in this are non-interference type.
so tossing a t-belt alone won't cause the damage you've incurred.
what ever you do, don't turn the crank. just cause more damage. never know, it might be salvageable. wouldn't count on that though.
but i think either you dropped a valve or tossed a wrist pin or a con rod. have to tear it down to know for sure.
i wouldn't bother pulling codes. you already know why it wont run. internal engine failure!
besides, since it wont start, likely get more codes than are relevant to your issue. and it wont itemize a ring, piston, con rod, etc........
