Not sure - but start with the fuel rail on the cylinder head. it connected to the 4 injectors. There will be a hose on it - follow the hose and you will find the fuel filter. It may be on the fender or on the "firewall". It also might be under the truck on a frame bracket.

there's a sock filter in the tank off the pu tube. then near the intake. and if you follow the fuel line from the tank along the right frame rail, likely you'll see another. the manual doesn't show the physical location of that one. so, may not be one.
