Maybe. It would ride different for sure.































Its better to keep the same rim size & specs to to ensure the tire doesn't wear out (given the car's weight, suspension)































The owners manual would be the best place to start where it recommends what tire size to use on ur car. I would just keep the size the same winter or summer

The 15" ones will not fit at all, wrong wheel size. The 245/75/16 would actually be a good choice. Better to go slightly narrower in winter. The taller profile makes them similar in diameter as the originals.

The P245/75R16's would be suitable, the others would be far too small and have insufficient load carrying capacity.

The 16" size would work with your current wheels. The 225/70R15 is a bit short and you would need to find 15" wheels to mount them on. They're not out of the question though--many 4runners came with 225/75R15 (slightly taller than 225/70R15) from the factory.
