My 1999 tacoma stopt heating suddenly?

Default My 1999 tacoma stopt heating suddenly?
The heater always worked fine. Suddenly it felt cooler in the cabine and only medium heat came out of the floor vent. When I switched to windshield heat, only cold air came out.

Is it a V6? Check coolant level. If coolant is low first indication is heater gets cold. Temp gage may not move.

The thermostat may be defective and is open all of the time which will not allow the water to heat up enough to provide heat. You would have to change it out or have it checked by a mechanic.
