Don't get the idea this is a bad choice. A well maintained Toyota engine can last for 300,000+ miles with NO troubles. It is not necessarily slow either. If it is de-sludged and power washed and tuned up, it can last a long LONG time. Start by cleaning out the IAC valve, and the rest will follow. Get a trans service done AT TOYOTA DEALER. Ask for their trans specials, FORGET anything else. Toyotas require special fluid and know how found at the dealership. Call around to see if they are having a special going on. Use bosch fusion plugs or denso iridium and you will get more power and economy. Have your cooling system flushed and cleaned out. Use ONLY GENUINE TOYOTA COOLANT, and nothing else. Have your brake fluid changed, too, and your steering fluid. Once again, ask for the spec ails at the dealership. Sometimes if you have all services done at once they will discount. 129k is NOTHING at all for a Toyota. Don't be fooled!
