Default Are Toyota Celica good cars?
Ok so im a tuner and I have been considering buying a 2002 or 2003 gt Toyota Celica. Has anyone drove one? Are they good cars?

I suggest 1994-1999 Celicas, now those engines are reliable. And try to get your hands on the coupes, not the hatchbacks. Lighter, and more rigid. Plus the bodystyle resembles that of the mk4 Supra. The latests ones look too ricy.

Yes they are good cars. They are so good that eventhough they were old, the 2006 Scion tC was basically the same car as the older out of production Toyota Celica with a different body.































They are fun to drive and I have seen a Turbo Celica at my school race a Pontiac Grand Prix GT(200HP and 220Torque) and it won. Celica's are not fast stock, but with turbokits, they are fast. Reliable too.































The Eclipse is more fun to drive, but not nearly as reliable.
