in the far back middle of my 2012 Toyota Sienna the seatbelt is locked. You can use all of the seatbelts but this one has two belt clips and one is stuck. Im renting it and don't want the dealership to get mad.
Not your fault. That sounds to me like a pretensioner malfunction. They can get in trouble for that. (try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery) I bought a used Acura MDX and the third row seat (not that ive ever used it) had a partially cut seatbelt. They would not let me buy it until it was fixed because of the liability.
it's not stuck, that's the child safety feature. look very closely at the plastic handle of the seat belt and you will see a fairly small hole, insert something that will fit there and the seat belt will unbuckle.
