If you have driven the vehicle since, chances are everything is fine. The biggest concern is breaking your brake lines, puncturing your oil pan, breaking coolant lines, or messing up your front end. If you say the brick didn't get to your front axle then that should be fine. If you didn't notice any enormous puddles of coolant or oil, then that should be fine (your warning lights should have indicated right away if you punctured your oil pan or broke a hose). And if the car is still braking then thats fine. Keep an eye out for any small puddles under your car, or any unusual noises, or if the car pulls to one side or the other while driving. But chances are, everything is ok.
