I have a clunk when I turn Toyota pickup?

Default I have a clunk when I turn Toyota pickup?
I have a 1994 Toyota Pickup truck 4x4. When I turn the wheel sharp either way I hear a loud clunk. Does anyone know what this could be?

It could be a worn bush or ball joint in the suspension or steering arms.

Without seeing it, its possible it could be a CV joint on the front axle.















OR.. If one of the springs is broken, it could be clunking when it getting turned.

you're fine.















rubber caps on the steering bump stops are gone. it happens. no biggie. either go to toy dealer and get four more or just put a dab of grease on them.















there are four. two for each side.

or leave 'em alone and don't hold the wheel hard to full lock. embarrassing, but won't hurt it.

even if you get new rubber bumper stop caps, lube them. they'll last longer.
