YOur idle air control valve is DIRTY and requires cleaning. This is the result usually of using inferior wax based conventional oils in the engine. THey make sludge and vapors and start contaminating engine sensors. If you are WISE, you will begin using Mobil One or Pennzoil Ultra and change it once a year, instead of every three moths.You will save money, protect your sensors, and prolong engine life if you do. Your engine will give you better power and fuel economy. Look for the statement, "meets or exceeds Toyota specifications" on the label of ANY oil you are using, and stay way from quicky lube $20 specials using non-descript oils. GOOD LUCK!!
