Default I just got done doing my friends oil change on a fj Toyota cruiser and now o can't remember
if I tighted the .? Oil drain plug I know I put it on all the way by hand but can't remember it I put the wrench to it will it stay in on being hand tight??

What kind of friend would it be to even risk the possibility of losing all the oil in it and blowing the motor. CALL AND MEET HIM AND TIGHTEN IT. No questions asked.

I don't see why anyone would not tighten it after screwing it on. Do you remember if you had a wrench with you while under the Toyota?

If you didn't tighten it it would have left a puddle under the car after you put the oil in. But get with him and make sure - the stakes are too high even for good guesses.
