Could be the following:
Radiator leaking
Hose leaking
Water pump going bad
Reservoir needing replacement
Bad head or headgasket
Have it checked out by a mechanic. There's a leak somewhere. You just need to find out where it is. Could be something as minor as a $5 hose. If it's around time to change your timing belt, it would be a great time to get the waterpump replaced. It could be something as bad as your headgasket or head but that would make your car run poorly. Check your oil to make sure it isn't milky or foamy. If it is, that is likely your headgasket or a cracked head- expensive repairs. I'm thinking that it's likely something inexpensive but I can't be definite of that. Have a mechanic check it out.
