Lifespan of toyota atf worlf standard fluid?

Default Lifespan of toyota atf worlf standard fluid?
I was told that I can drive for atleast 100k miles till i needed to change my transmission fluid since i use synthetic fluid, is this true? Does it matter that my transmission fluid look a little dark and brownish color now with only 30k miles ? Does the color even matter?

I never go past the 50k mile mark on any automatic vehicle I ever owned. I always change the filter while I am at it.
