Probably more than "just turning it back on". I would take it back to the shop it was repaired at and have them complete the repair. If they can't do it, it could be "subletted" to a Toyota dealer. Assuming it was the other persons fault, their insurance company should pay for the repair. The repair shop would have to contact the insurance company for additional repair expenses, unless it's something the shop messed up during the repair.
