1999 Sienna Headlamps won't work on Low-Beam
I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna LE, and both low-beam headlamps recently stopped working. Both high-beams work fine. On the passenger side, wiggling the connector will sometimes cause the light to come on, confirming that the switch, relay, and fuse are all good. Possibly the connector and/or harness is bad? But why did both lights go out at the same time? And why low-beams on both sides but not high-beams? Could this problem have multiple causes? I checked for voltage at the drivers side connector, and have 12V between the center contact and each of the two side contacts. Could a bad ground be the problem?
