Head liner
If the cover(HL) is made out of fabric you need to remove(pull) all the fabric + the foam between the fabric and LINER.
once you have removed all the fabric and insulating foam(1/16" thick) use a nice brush to remove all that brown decadent foam. you can go to any auto parts store and ask for roof liner material, it comes in very popular colors, so more than likely you will find a very close matching color.
if you feel audacious you need to remove the head liner and remove the old fabric liner, once done that and once it is brushed clean spray some 3M head liner adhesive and use a small clean pain roller to roll it over the sticky glue, try to avoid creasing the fabric once it sticks tot he glue you're done...
