Default I have a Toyota echo 2002?
Is there a way to add a cd player, or an aux thing so I can play my ipod? Thanks!

Replace the factory Stereo.

Toyota CD players will fit in perfectly. If you don't want a new one, a salvage yard might have one from a wreck. You can have an Aux adapter installed. The kind that wire inline with the antenna aren't too bad. You can pay $100 for that or less than $100 for a used Toyota CD stereo from salvage.
