parts replacement catalog shows '92-'02 is the same sensor. '91 KS be different. i'd like to think it maybe just due to a connector config as 89-95.5 *production* years are basically the same. and same FSM. go with the 92 sensor to match the ecm. then recheck the wiring you changed per ***connector/wire info link below.
then clear the ecm by pulling the EFI mean fuse for 30secs. key off. start it, let it warm, pull codes again.

i read wrong. you're right. replacement shows 92-85 runner hilux/pu different from the 91.
cap, rotor, ignitor differ. but coil is gen good.
