Default How many agree that the 2012 Toyota Camry is just plain hideous?
How many of you agree with me that the supposedly "face lifted" Toyota Camry is one of the most appallingly ugly blocks of sheet metal one ever could set his or her eyes upon?































Personally I like the shape of the sixth generation Camry which has become a very familiar fixture of the US automotive landscape since March 2006. If Toyota was so desirous of presenting an all new Camry then they should have waited until the sixth generation model was truly in need of a thorough revamping.















Now, the changes which Toyota has carried out on the Gen. 6 model have collectively resulted in something which evokes one of my recurrent nightmares of my childhood nights---going for a swim at the beach and being pursued by a giant menacing, catfish which would evince a sickeningly sinister grin as it began nipping at my toes.

Only the front end and maybe the steering wheel; otherwise, very good looking and dependable (and economical - 2.5L 6sp auto) family sedan. You don't buy it to impress your buddies, you buy it when you have kids.

NO, I think the Fords and Chevys that LOOK like a Camry are the ones that are hideous.































Those boys couldn't manage to design and build a car that's as good as a Toyota or Honda, so they decided to build cars that LOOK like them. WOOPEE.

Hideous cars are ones that leave you standing by the road wondering why it quit again this time. I had a Dodge like that. Men don't go by looks, we go by effectiveness and leave the beauty contests to the women.

What are you smoking dude? Have you seen one of those new black SE V6s??? Best looking midsize sedan on the road IMO. Plus, 268hp and 30mpg is hard to laugh at.

No one cares what you think...































The Camry is selling. It will keep selling. It looks better in person, and the Red SE looks great in person.































All Toyotas look better in person, except the 2012 Tacoma..
