Default My 1999 Toyota Corrolla <3?
I drive a 1999 Toyota Corrolla and I know if you paint your car it makes the value go down. Well Embug **my car** only has 26,500 miles on her but there is no power anything. My corrolla is perfect to me so I want her for the next few years. Do you think it would be a bad thing if I painted her purple? i mean by the time I buy a new call she'll probably be 15 or 16 years old with only a few more 1000 miles on her... Is it a bad idea or is it not a big deal???

It is a bad idea.































Believe it or not, your Corolla is currently worth around $6000 at the mileage it is at.































3 years ago, some crazy Toyota fan offered my friend $18,000 for a 2000 Toyota Corolla with 30,000 miles on it since it was clean and spotless with little miles. A new Corolla costs $14,000.































Painting it Purple will decrease the value by 80%. No one will want to buy a purple Corolla.
