Default 1988 Toyota Camry AT 4cyl does not go while in D?
When I put the car in Drive, it goes very slowly as if the tranny is slipping. It takes forever to gain speed. What is wrong and what do I need to replace?

check your transmission fluid level

Check to see if you have enough fluid in your transmission. Or you might need a fluid/filter change.















Your band(s) might need adjusted. Maybe the transmission is shot.
