agreed. if that's a dimension tuff country offers on this platform.

unless you have a host of tower jacks, someone else is going to have to install it for you.

what i suggest to those who are new to the mod is to go to a local off road shop and inquire. several advantages to that.

they can discuss the purpose of the lift, options, vs funds avialable. also, buying a kit from a shop that might potentially install it may yield lower over-all costs as a package deal maybe struck.

do be advise, lifts above 2.5-3" will require and wheel/tire upgrade for stability/safety. plus an alignment will be needed when all is said and done.

keep in mind, the 2.7 I4 may have gearing issues iffin you employ a kit that needs much more than 33" wheel/tire combo upgrades. possible 33"s migh even be too much. at those over-all wheel/tire dimensions, she may have issues maintaining hwy speeds. it may not be able to deliver the torque needed to sustain those speeds w/o continually down shifting. effect's auto trans configs to a greater extent.

but an off road shop will advise you on that. they've prolly done several to say the least.

owner of two toy 4x4's. both lifted. I4 and V6. both manual trans.
