Default Can I bring my own blank car key to be copied at Lowes?

If I buy a blank car key somewhere and bring it to lowes, will they copy my key for me? If they can, how much will it cost?

Key cutting at lowes is a few dollars. What is the car year, make, model. Some car keys can not be cut a regular store. And if your car needs key with a chip that might have to be done at the dealer.

Hi if this is for a toyota this will not work as the key in it's insides has a microchip which is designed to talk to the cars digital electronics so it would not work without the chip and being programmed to work.
