air intake ducting?

10mm socket or screw driver on the band clamps. oem config. Q is a little vague.

EDIT,

@ ". DR + Mrs Bears face",

so your saying one can no longer remove something to facilitate possible other maint?

i didn't see in the implication in the op's Q of outright removal of intake hose to be left **off** the vehicle. merely a Q about how it's removed. unless you're psychic.

and, yes one can "mess" with a modern car like the old days. just have to know what you're doing. same then as it is now!

Hi removal of any item on a modern car since the mid 1980's is no longer something that you can do without effecting the engine management system.

so get a grip you can't mess with modern cars like the old days.
