Default Can I put 108H load capacity tires on my Toyota Tacoma that is rated for 111S capacity tires?

My Tacoma is a 2001 SR5 4x2. I don't ever tow anything. I actually don't even have a hitch. The 108H is already rated for more weight than my truck can carry. I may just be ignorant when it comes to tires, but it seems to me that a 108 would carry my truck just fine (especially without towing). I was told by the tire shop that I couldn't do it, but it seemed like he was just trying to get me to buy new tires. Any help or explanation is much appreciated.

No because that means the rest of the size is wrong too.
