Default Are new 4 door Toyota Tacoma 4wd trucks available with manual transmissions and lock out hubs?

When the 4 door version of the Tacoma first came out years ago, I considered buying one until I found that they were unavailable with manual transmissions and lockout hubs. Lately I have heard rumors that they are available with manual transmissions, but I have not seen one. Does anyone know?

You can get them in a manual transmission. I owned one before. But Tacoma's no longer have lock in / out hubs. It's all push button, or cheaper models with a shift lever.

The 1st-gen double cab (2001-2004) was only available with the automatic transmission.

The 2nd-gen double cab (2005+) is available with the 6-speed manual transmission in short bed 4x4 configuration.

The manually-locking front hubs have not been available in the Tacoma since the first part of the 1st generation (I believe they were phased out with the model year 2001 refresh, but possibly earlier), and never in double-cab configuration.
