Default Removing rust from the wheel wells, Tundra 2004

I have a Tundra that has spent some time near the ocean, two years. It
has small hub caps. I can see rust around the rims of the wheel wells.
Is there some easy way to remove it without too much effort?

a small fission reactor works.
or try rusteco, slacker.
